Our Wine

Our estate is located in the heart of Umbria, between Monte Tezio and Val di Chiana, immersed in the unspoilt beauty of nature. Here, among luxuriant vineyards and centuries-old olive trees, a dream was born some time ago: to create unique and unmistakable wines that tell the story and the passion of this land.

A Voked Territory

Between 2007 and 2009, driven by a tenacious ambition, we decided to challenge the traditional canons of Umbrian wine. We identified the perfect terrain within our estate: a "poor" soil, rich in stones, located at about 500 metres above sea level, at the foot of Monte Tezio. A unique environment that gives our grapes unmistakable mineral characteristics.

Umbria Bianco

Unprecedented Grapes for Extraordinary Wines

Always in the name of innovation, we have selected special varieties: for the white, an exclusive blend of Chardonnay (50%) and Incrocio Manzoni (50%), a blend of Riesling Renano and Pinot Bianco. Two aromatic vines, very rare in Umbria and characterised by low productivity (less than 50 quintals per hectare).

Vinification: Enhancing the soul of the land

Vinification takes place exclusively in steel, without the use of barriques. This bold choice is aimed at preserving the freshness and purity of our wines, while allowing the mineral nuances of the soil to emerge intact. The result is a unique wine, clearly different from the typical products of the region, with hints of the wines of Trentino, Friuli and even Sicily. An achievement made possible by the optimal exposure of the vineyards and the temperature range between day and night.

Umbria Rosso

Our Umbria Rosso is a tribute to Umbrian winemaking tradition, a perfect blend of ancient native varieties and oenological innovation.

A Careful Process

The grapes, harvested by hand in the first half of September, are vinified in temperature-controlled steel vats to preserve their freshness and aromatic integrity. The wine is then aged on the fine lees for about 6 months, a process that enhances its structure and complexity.

An Appealing Organoleptic Profile

To the eye, it has an intense ruby red colour with violet reflections. To the nose, it has a broad and persistent bouquet with notes of blackberry, cherry and rose, enriched with balsamic and spicy nuances. The palate is full and structured, with soft, velvety tannins that blend perfectly with the fresh acidity. The finish is long and persistent, with pleasant fruity and spicy notes.

A Dream Come True, a Continuous Journey

A family with 100 years of winemaking tradition Our journey into the world of wine began over 15 years ago with the planting of our first vines. The first bottle, the result of so much work and passion, was an indescribable emotion. Now we eagerly await the result of the red, certain that each sip will tell the story of this extraordinary land and our dedication to its most precious fruit.
