Our Olive Oil
20 hectares of our farm are cultivated with olive groves with a total number of over 4000 trees.
The cultivars are: 80% Dolce Agogia , 10% Frantoio and 10% Moraiolo.
The altitude is between 300 and 600 metres above sea level. The soil is calcareous with a stony surface and clayey depth, particularly suited for olive cultivation.
The olives, sourced exclusively from the farm, are harvested when 80% of them are still green on the plant, strictly by hand, and are pressed on the same day to guarantee the product's maximum organoleptic properties. Pressing takes place exclusively in a traditional cold press with a continuous cycle method that allows the oil to maintain a veiled appearance, a leaf green colour rich in persistent golden hues and a delicately fruity flavour.
The oil is available in bottles in the double format of 750 ml or 500 ml, or in tin of da 1L, 3L and 5L and can be sent directly to your home.
